250510 - Intro to Enameling workshop

NOTE: Class will be held at instructor's workshop in Hollis, Maine. Instructor will provide directions. Please allow driving time to arrive at 1:00pm.
 
Learn the art of enameling (fusing powdered glass to metal) and create colorful jewelry! We will learn techniques including sifting, shading, and stenciling on copper using opaque and transparent enamels. Kiln firing and torch firing options will be covered. Students can expect to create several enamel pendants or earrings in this class. All materials will be provided.
