Bridgton Art Guild Annual Scholarship Program

NOW Accepting Applications

Deadline is May 1st

As part of The Bridgton Art Guild's mission to further art related growth and scholastic opportunities, the Gallery awards two $1000.00 scholarships to talented high school senior students from the following schools: Bonny Eagle, Fryeburg Academy, Lake Region, Oxford Hills, Poland, or Windham.  Graduating home school students from these districts may also apply.

To qualify, students must be accepted by a college, university or art institute and plan to pursue an advanced education in the visual arts.

Awards will be presented directly to the schools after the students have submitted proof of successful completion of their first semester, to the Scholarship Committee  The funds will be earmarked for supplies and/or books.

​The scholarship will be granted based on artistic ability and potential. The Scholarship Committee will review scholarship applications and select the recipients for the awards. 

Applications must be postmarked by May 1st.

Completed applications must include:

     1. Scholarship Application Form

     2. A cover letter to introduce yourself

     3. Two letters of recommendation

     4. Portfolio of your most recent work
