JUDY CROSBY - ACRYLIC

Judy Crosby studied art at the University of Wisconsin, Maine College of Art and the University of Southern Maine where she graduated with a B.F.A.in Studio Art with a concentration in Painting and Drawing.  Judy founded the DaVinci Experience Science & Art Camps in 1999 and was the director, working alongside Maine art teachers and artists to bring art experiences to Maine youth until 2018. For the past thirty years she has been a docent at the Portland Museum of Art, teaching about the permanent collection as well as changing exhibitions. This summer’s PMA exhibition is Winslow Homer:Painter, Etcher. Judy is offering a Winslow Homer’s Wood Engravings combination lecture and printmaking class at the 302 Gallery on May 16th.
