Each summer in July, Gallery 302 invites summer camps in the Lakes Region to participate in the Camp Show. Young campers produce an astonishing variety of art work, both in 2-D and 3-D, which their counselors select and submit for the exhibition. Gallery artists, under the direction of Lynn Harrison, judge the work, award prizes, and set up the exhibit.
Timed to correspond with “Parents’ Weekend,” this week-long show fills the gallery with children eager to see their creations, their proud parents, and the counselors and art instructors who have guided and nurtured the efforts of their talented campers. Gallery 302 artists and visitors alike are treated to a wonderful array of children’s art during this annual show.
